All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Customers will be able to view the GST component of their purchase on their invoice. All prices are subject to change without notice and all items remain property of Cement Fondu until paid for in full.
We accept all major Credit Cards and when requested, can take payments via Paypal. Cement Fondu does not store any personal credit card information. Cement Fondu processes sales using a secure, encrypted payment gateway provided by Woocommerce.
All orders will be processed within 3 business days (excluding public holidays). Customers should allow an additional 5 – 7 business days for standard postage and 2 – 3 business days for express postage within Australia. International postage times vary.
All orders are sent via Australia Post. Oversized or fragile items may be sent via Cement Fondu’s nominated courier service. Tracking details will be issued for all deliveries and forwarded to customers.
International purchases may be subject to customs taxes and charges at the destination country. Cement Fondu is not liable or responsible for any charges, or additional costs associated with the sales transaction. It is the responsibility of the customer to check with local authorities before purchasing and importing goods.
Customers must enter the correct delivery address. Cement Fondu will not be held responsible for any incorrect delivery addresses given or any parcels returned to us as a result of incorrect delivery instructions, or failure to collect items from Australia Post if notified. Such items will incur new delivery charges before being dispatched again.
Cement Fondu staff take care and consideration in packaging items appropriately to avoid any damages. Cement Fondu is not responsible for damages incurred during transit of items and will not issue refunds. Where possible, we will replace the item for the damaged goods within 3 days of receiving delivery. Contact: email@example.com
Should item/s not be available for any reason, Cement Fondu staff will contact customers using the details provided. Customers interested in items seen in the Art Store that are not listed online can contact Cement Fondu during business hours to obtain a price and have a mail order processed.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns Policy applies to all online and in store sales made in the Cement Fondu Art Store.
Customers must retain your receipt for proof of purchase.
Customers are encouraged to choose carefully as Cement Fondu does not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.
Cement Fondu will exchange an item for another available item of the same value or issue a store credit for change of mind purchases. Items must be returned within 10 days of purchase in their original condition and in original packaging.
On occasions the item is faulty, Cement Fondu will issue a refund, exchange or store credit note.
No exchange or refunds offered on sale items.
In order to obtain an exchange or refund we require:
– The item(s) are returned within 10 days of purchase.
– Any tags are still attached (including barcodes).
– Item(s) are still in their original packaging. We have the right to not accept returns for items that are not in new condition/not in the original packaging.

Customers will be provided with a Returns Reference number and requested to return the item by post or in-person. If by mail, customers must provide a tracking number, if this is not provided Cement Fondu holds no responsibility for the item not arriving. Tracking details must be provided by email to email@example.com along with the Returns Reference. Postage costs of returned items are at the expense of the customer.
