CEMENT FONDU: COVID POLICY

Cement Fondu is a registered COVID-Safe business. To ensure the wellbeing of our visitors, we are following strict guidelines set by NSW State Government and Live Performance Australia. Help us keep everyone safe by supporting our COVID-Safe plan.

If you feel unwell

Please do not visit Cement Fondu if you have experienced cold or flu like symptoms in the past 14-days, are awaiting the results of a COVID-19 test, or have returned from overseas or a hotspot area. Stay home and take care.

Vaccination

Please do not visit Cement Fondu if you are not fully vaccinated. Persons under 16 years who are not vaccinated may only enter our venues with fully vaccinated adults from the same household. If you are awaiting the results of a COVID-19 test, or have returned from overseas or a hotspot area. Stay home and take care.

Updated capacity restrictions

As of 23 Jun 2021, Cement Fondu will be operating with a 1 person per 4 square metre rule within all indoor spaces and a 1 person per 2 square metre rule in it’s outdoor venue, the Cement Fondu Carpark. We look forward to welcoming audiences to Cement Fondu and will continue to implement COVID safe measures, for the safety and wellbeing of everyone on site.

All events at Cement Fondu will adhere to the maximum permitted capacity of each venue under the COVID-19 NSW State Government guidelines applicable to the venue and current at that time. Please note capacities are subject to change.

Masks are mandatory

In line with NSW government advice, masks are mandatory for all staff, and for visitors within all indoor venues. Masks are not mandatory in our outdoor space, the Cement Fondu Carpark. Please bring your own mask.

Register at entry

All visitors are required by law to provide contact information for contact tracing. We have QR codes at entry so you can register with your phone. Please speak to a staff member if you need assistance.

Good hand hygiene

Please use hand sanitiser provided at entry and throughout the Gallery.

Physical distancing

Please practise physical distancing at all times. Avoid congregating in public areas, queue wherever indicated and always follow instructions from staff.

Food and drink

Please note we are prohibited from providing water stations or disposable cups inside the gallery. Standing while drinking is permitted only at our outside venue, the Cement Fondu Carpark.

Cashless payments only

Please bring a credit or debit card for any onsite purchases from our Art Store, as we accept cashless payments only.

Travelling to Cement Fondu

We encourage travelling outside of peak hours.

Accessibility

We are committed to making Cement Fondu accessible to all patrons. We have a wheelchair accessible entrance via a mobility ramp at our entrance in Dillon Lane. If you have any access requirements or questions, please contact us ahead of your visit.

Enhanced daily cleaning

We have implemented enhanced cleaning procedures across the precinct. This includes regular cleaning of high-touch surfaces throughout the day. Please be mindful of high traffic areas and keep touching to a minimum.
