In our second Project Space partnership with Studio A, Skye Saxon takes us on an immersive journey into the multiple universes of Oddysee – a space invented and occupied by her alter-ego Skye Fox and shared with a host of skillful characters.
Skye Fox is a performance artist who draws on memories and dreams to create characters, drawings and stories that manifest the intangible and magical.
In the Project Space, Oddysee takes form as a circus tent multimedia installation, featuring video work and soft sculptures made by Skye Fox with assistance by artist Katy B Plummer.
Studio A is a supported studio that offers professional development pathways and opportunities for artists living with intellectual disability. Through Studio A, Skye Fox has exhibited across Sydney, including at Underbelly Arts Festival and Carriageworks.
